How can I view the plans for the 1- to 3-bedroom units for sale?
The plans can be viewed directly in the interactive module on the page. Select the unit that interests you, then click “Get in touch” to receive the details of that specific plan. You can also contact the sales team to be guided in your choice.
Which plan should I choose for my situation?
The one-bedroom suits first-time buyers and young professionals.
The 2 bedrooms work well for couples and anyone who needs a home office.

Can I get the exact square footage and orientation of a unit?
Yes. The square footage, floor and orientation of each unit are available through the interactive module. Pricing and availability are sent to you on request. Select the unit in the plans module and submit your information request, or call the sales office directly.
Square footage by condo size:
- 1 bedroom: 778–1,064 sq. ft.
- 2 bedrooms: 968–1,108 sq. ft. (choice of 1 or 2 bathrooms)
- 3 bedrooms: 1,160 sq. ft.

How do I reserve a specific unit?
The process begins with an information request for the unit you have chosen. An agent then contacts you to confirm availability and guide you through the next steps. Since units are allocated on an ongoing basis, buyers who come forward early get first choice.
