What common areas are available to Edena residents?
The common areas fall into four worlds designed to suit every lifestyle. To relax or socialize: a lounge with fireplace, a sauna, yoga and pergolas. To have fun: an outdoor pool, a pool room, a poker and board game room, as well as an urban agriculture space. To work out: a fully equipped gym with a spinning room and pilates fitted with reformers. To work: a conference room and a coworking space. It is also possible to add an indoor and/or outdoor parking to your condo. A car wash area is likewise made available to residents in the underground garage.

What is the difference between Edena’s facilities and those of the neighbourhood?
This is an important distinction to understand before buying. The outdoor pool, gym, sauna, yoga, pilates, lounge, pool room, coworking space and pergolas are private common areas within the building, reserved for residents. The pickleball and petanque courts, bike paths, walking trails, dog park, playgrounds and outdoor fitness circuits are public facilities offered within Faubourg Cousineau — accessible on foot, but shared with the neighbourhood.
Are the common areas included in the condo fees?
Yes. Access to the private common areas is an integral part of the experience offered to owners. Unlike a commercial gym or certain private clubs, no additional membership is required to enjoy the facilities.
The upkeep, operation and smooth running of the common areas are handled by the co-ownership. From the earliest design stages, particular attention was paid to the choice of equipment, materials and building systems in order to optimize maintenance costs and keep co-ownership fees at a competitive level.
As an indication, condo fees for a standard unit could be in the range of $375 per month, while giving access to a full set of amenities and services.
Is there indoor parking and a storage space?
